The Northwest District of the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association is a non-profit organization with the mission of promoting the sport of soccer to the
youth of the State of Connecticut in the Northwest District, as dictated by the governors of C.J.S.A., a division of U.S.Y.S.A. and U.S.S.F.
Such promotion, under the direction of the many volunteers from the clubs making up this district, shall be administered to all interested players.
